With Fitness Point, you can follow your progress at the gym and track your performance with the exercises you do, the amount of weight you lift, and the reps and sets you do. You can also keep track of your meals, and log the amount of protein, carbohydrates, and fat you eat.
Fitness Point is designed to help you stay on track, so you can see the progress you have made.
If you want to create your own workout plan, you can select one of the pre-defined workout plans. These plans include:
- Bodybuilding
- Powerlifting
- Strong-man
- Weightlifting
Fitness Point is simple to use. All you have to do is select an exercise, enter the number of sets and reps, and then you'll be able to track your progress.
Once you start following your workout plan, you can track your progress on the graph. You can also change the colors of the graph to make it easier to look at.
You can also use the timer to keep track of exactly how long you rest between sets.
